Refund policy
Because all of our products are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we absolutely want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us at info@knitted4battles.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

A brief description of the problem
We'll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund for any items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or printing mistake.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
